This hand-blended Zaatar blend is made with care and love – following an authentic Middle Eastern recipe that originates from Morocco to Lebanon. The blend is rich in warming, spicy and herbaceous aromas that add character and liveliness to dishes.
Za'atar combines lightly nutty sesame, tart sumac, and aromatic tones of wild thyme – delicately balanced to enhance both casual and festive dishes.

RECIPE
🫓 Quick snack: Za'atar bread with olive oil (Mana'eesh)
Ingredients:
1 ball of dough (you can use pizza, bread or scone dough)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1–2 teaspoons of Za'atar spice blend
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
Roll out the dough into a thin circle.
Mix the Za'atar with olive oil and spread it on the surface of the dough.
Bake for 6–8 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned.
Serve warm - great as a snack or side dish.
