Dubai chocolate with Kataifi, pistachio paste and honey
1 chocolate bar
Preparation time: 30–35 minutes + cooling
Ingredients:
50 g sugar-free pistachio paste
100 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
50 g or more to taste Kataifi dough (fine filo threads)
30 g butter
1 tablespoon honey
Pistachio flakes for decoration

Preparing the Kataifi:
If the Kataifi dough has not been pre-toasted, fry it in a pan with melted butter for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
Mix the fried dough with pistachio paste and honey until a homogeneous sweet and aromatic mass is formed.
Preparing the chocolate: Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath or microwave until smooth.
Filling out forms:
Pour about half of the chocolate into a mold or small baking dish and smooth the surface.
Spread the Kataifi dough with pistachio paste and honey on the chocolate layer.
Pour over the remaining chocolate so that the dough is completely covered.
Decoration: Sprinkle pistachio chips or small Kataifi threads on the surface for decoration.
Cooling: Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until chocolate hardens.
Serving: Remove from molds or cut into cubes. The result is a crunchy, aromatic Dubai-style chocolate with a pistachio flavor and a light honey sweetness .
