Swad Papadum with black pepper - crispy Indian breads with a spicy taste
Enjoy authentic Indian flavours with Swad Papadum with Black Pepper - thin, crispy flatbreads that are a great accompaniment to any meal. This version of Papadum is enriched with black pepper , giving it a pleasant, slightly spicy flavour that goes well with a variety of sauces and snacks, such as mango chutney or yoghurt dips.
Papadum is made from urad flour (black mung bean flour), water, salt, asafoetida and a little corn oil. This combination makes the breads light, crispy and nutritious , while retaining their authentic Indian flavor.
Preparation:
Microwave: 30 seconds
On a pan: Fry in hot oil for 10 seconds on each side, then pat dry with a paper towel
Serve immediately to maintain the perfect crispiness.
