Ingredients : tom ka pasta (galangal root, lemongrass, chilli, shallots, lime leaves, coriander root, soybean oil, salt, sugar, E621, E330). Dried spices - galangal root, lemongrass, chilli and dried lime leaves. Coconut milk (water, coconut, E466, E435).
Preparation: Trim 300g chicken into small strips and leave to simmer in the pot for 4 minutes, then add tom pasta and coconut milk and cook until the chicken strips are ready. Add shiitake mushrooms (also suitable for mushrooms) and dried spices. Boil for 3-5 minutes. (or while the mushrooms are ready). Additionally, you can add rice noodles, but it's at everyone's discretion.
