Sea bass with hibiscus spices
Required:
🐟 2 sea bass fillets
🥄 1 tbsp. spice mix “For fish dishes with hibiscus”
🥄 2 tbsp. olive oil
🍋 Juice of half a lemon
🧂 Pinch of salt
Preparation:
1. Rub the fillets with lemon juice, olive oil and a mixture of spices.
2. Leave to soak for 15 minutes.
3. Fry in a pan or on the grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the fish is golden and crispy.
4. Serve with 🥗 fresh salad or 🥦 lightly steamed vegetables.
