Chinese egg noodles are a quick-cooking product made from flour.
Boil 2 liters of water. Remove the pot from the heat. Pour in the contents of the packet and steep for about 4 minutes. Then strain through a sieve and add vegetables, meat or other ingredients according to the recipe.
One packet is for approximately 3 servings.
Chinese Mie noodles Soubry, 250g
Wheat flour, salt. Acidity regulator: potassium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate. May contain traces of egg, milk, soy, sesame, mustard and lupin.
