Ingredients:
300 g cleaned shrimp (with or without tails)
2 tablespoons Flying Goose green chili sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pinch of salt
Fresh coriander or parsley leaves for serving
Preparation:
Mix chili sauce with lime juice, olive oil and salt.
Marinate the shrimp for at least 15 minutes.
Fry in a pan or grill until cooked through – about 2–3 minutes on each side.
Serve with rice, leaf salad, or simply as a snack with a slice of lemon.
