What's in the mix?
Black pepper – dried, unripe fruit with a classic, sharp flavor.
White pepper – fully ripe fruit with a distinct aroma.
Green peppers – harvested earlier, fresh and mildly spicy.
Pink peppercorns – a fragrant, slightly sweet fruit (technically not a pepper, but a great addition to the mix).

RECIPE
🥣 Spicy vegetable soup with a mixture of 4 peppers
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
2 carrots (sliced)
2 potatoes (diced)
1 bell pepper (striped)
1 can of canned tomatoes or 3 tomatoes (diced)
1.2 l vegetable broth
1 tsp salt (to taste)
½ tsp. our 4-pepper blend (freshly ground)
1 tsp dried basil or thyme
Optional: a handful of spinach or beans
Fresh herbs for serving
Preparation:
Heat the olive oil in a pot, fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.
Add carrots, potatoes, and bell peppers – fry for another 5 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, spices, and pepper mixture.
Add the broth, bring to a boil, then simmer for ~25 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Add spinach or beans, heat for a few more minutes.
Serve with fresh herbs and a pinch of pepper mixture on top.
🥄 Tip: If you want a heartier soup, add cooked lentils or chicken.
