Made from hot cayenne pepper, vinegar, salt, soy, sugar, sherry wine, spices, onion, garlic, hydrolyzed corn and soy proteins. Used as a table sauce for various dishes. Also recommended for a Bloody Mary cocktail. A good ingredient for meat marinades.
