Vinegars and vinegar sauces have been brewed here using traditional methods for hundreds of years to produce the highest quality organic apple cider vinegar. The product is both organic and halal certified.
The Italian organic food certificate must pass a very strict inspection and comply with the organic production method. The entire review process must cover food hygiene, safety and the environment. It does not use chemical pesticides, fertilizers, production regulators, feed additives, etc.
Balsamic vinegar of Modena is wisely and long-aged in refined wooden barrels, which creates the typical aromas of a high-quality product. Surprisingly fruity, its acidity blends with the taste of the precious wooden barrels.
Clear and delicious, it is perfect for all boiled or grilled vegetables, salads and potatoes prepared in any way possible.
The Modena region in northern Italy is primarily known for producing the famous grape balsamic vinegar, an indispensable treasure on the Italian table.
