A mildly spicy marinade for meat or used as a paste for frying, boiling or stewing. Great tamarind and garlic flavor.
Preparation: Mix 2-4 tablespoons of Pasco Tandoori Marinade Paste, 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 2 tablespoons of butter, then add 400g-500g of meat. Marinate for 2 hours, then bake or grill until the meat is cooked. Serve with Naan bread, salad or rice.
