🥗 Quick sesame seed salad dressing
Ingredients:
2 tbsp white sesame seeds
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey
1 clove of garlic (grated)
A pinch of chili flakes (optional)
Preparation:
Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until they turn golden and start to smell pleasant.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or jar. Blend if you want a smoother consistency.
Pour over vegetable salads or use as a sauce for roasted vegetables, tofu or meat.
