RECIPE
Grilled chicken fillets with Maepranom sweet chili sauce
Ingredients:
500 g chicken fillet
3 tablespoons Maepranom sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Fresh scallion slices and sesame seeds for sprinkling
Preparation:
Mix Maepranom sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a large bowl.
Marinate the chicken fillets for at least 30 minutes, or even better, a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat the grill or pan grill and cook the chicken fillets for 5-7 minutes on each side, until the meat is cooked through and nicely browned.
Serve with fresh scallions and sesame seeds, topped with additional sweet chili sauce to taste.
