🍗 Recipe – Baked potatoes with minced rosemary
Required:
- 700 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp ground rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1️⃣ Cut the potatoes into wedges.
2️⃣ Mix with olive oil, minced rosemary, crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
3️⃣ Bake at 200°C for about 35–40 minutes until golden and crispy.
