Ingredients:
1 tbsp Pasco mint sauce
200 g chicken fillet or tofu, cut into pieces
1 bell pepper
1 carrot
100 g champignons
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
Oil for frying
Rice or noodles for serving
Preparation:
Heat the oil in a wok, add the garlic and chicken pieces, fry until golden brown.
Add the chopped vegetables and continue to cook, stirring, until they are slightly softened but still crunchy.
Add mint sauce and soy sauce, mix thoroughly.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
