Oregano is an integral part of Greek, Italian and Mexican dishes. A very good antioxidant and a source of fiber, which promotes the removal of pollutants from the body, helps lower cholesterol. Oregano is high in vitamin C and has antibacterial properties. It has a slightly bitter and peppery taste.
Very little of it can be added to egg dishes, while chicken dishes with oregano (oregano) resemble the taste and smell of forest birds. It goes very well with fried and cooked fish dishes.
