Ingredients:
1 tsp dried horseradish roots
2–3 tbsp water (or broth)
1 tbsp cream
1 tsp mayonnaise
A pinch of sugar
Salt to taste
Optional: a drop of vinegar or lemon juice
Preparation:
Pour hot water over the dried horseradish root and let it swell for 5–10 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients, mix until smooth.
Serve with fried or boiled meat, potatoes or warm sandwiches.
