Ingredients:
200 g tofu (pressed and cut into cubes)
1 tablespoon black bean and garlic sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 cup broccoli
1/2 bell pepper (sliced)
1/2 onion (thinly sliced)
1 teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
Oil for frying
Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown.
Add onion, broccoli, bell pepper and fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add black beans and garlic sauce, soy sauce, ginger and stir.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are soft but crisp.
Finally, add sesame oil for flavor and serve with rice or noodles.
