2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp lemon juice (or lime)
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
2–4 tbsp water (depending on desired consistency)
Pinch of salt
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the tahini with lemon juice – the mixture will thicken.
Add garlic, maple syrup and salt.
Slowly add water, stirring until desired consistency is achieved.
