Cumin, simple and aromatic, is an indispensable spice in many cuisines around the world. Our cumin seeds come from India , the world leader in the cultivation of this aromatic plant. India's tropical and subtropical climate, rich, mineral-rich soil and long hours of sunlight allow for strong, aromatic and high-quality cumin .
Our seeds are imported through a quality supplier in Germany , where they are carefully tested, ensuring purity, freshness and intense flavor for both whole and ground products.
Application:
Whole seeds are great in stews, curry mixes, and sauces – they are often toasted in a dry pan before use to bring out the flavor.
Ground seeds are used in breads, pastries, meat mixtures, and vegetable dishes to impart an intense cumin flavor.
Cumin goes great with beans, lentils, rice, and even some desserts that need a note of warmth and depth.
