RECIPE:
Korean Kimchi Soup (2–3 people)
Ingredients:
1 packet of Korean Kimchi soup seasoning paste
500 ml of water
150 g seafood or meat strips (chicken or beef)
100 g Chinese cabbage or kimchi
1 small onion, cut into pieces
Chopped green onions for garnish
Preparation:
Bring the water to a boil. Add the onion and spice paste, mix well.
Add meat or seafood and cabbage or kimchi, bring to a boil again.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes until all ingredients are cooked.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
