RECIPE
🥗 Caesar salad with chicken marinated in “Royal Chicken”
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
2 chicken fillets
1 tbsp. Royal Chicken Seasoning Mix
1 tbsp. olive oil
A handful of romaine or lettuce leaves
6–8 cherry tomatoes
2 slices of white bread (for toast)
20–30 g grated hard cheese (such as Parmigiano or Grana Padano)
Andrea Milano Balsamic Vinegar Cream (or any other quality balsamic cream)
For the sauce (classic, easy to make):
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1–2 tbsp. water (to thin the sauce to taste)
Pepper to taste
Preparation:
Rub the chicken with the “Royal Chicken” mixture and olive oil, let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (ideally 2 hours).
Fry the chicken fillets in a pan until golden brown (or bake in the oven/grill). Leave to cool, then cut into slices.
Make toast from white bread – toast them in a pan with a little olive oil or in the oven.
Place lettuce leaves in a bowl, sprinkle with sliced tomatoes, add chicken slices and toast.
Mix the dressing ingredients, pour over the salad and sprinkle with grated cheese.
On top of everything – a few drops of balsamic vinegar cream for a special sweet and sour accent.
