Cinnamon is one of the world's oldest and most beloved spices, which has been used in both cooking and folk medicine for centuries.
In our offer you will find cinnamon sticks from Vietnam and ground cinnamon from Spain .
Cinnamon sticks (from Vietnam)
Vietnam is known for its particularly aromatic and rich cinnamon , which the high tropical temperatures and humidity make one of the best in the world. This cinnamon contains a higher amount of essential oils , which gives it a distinct, warm and slightly sweet flavor. It is ideal for hot drinks, marinades, desserts or even as a garnish.
Ground cinnamon (from Spain)
The supplier of ground cinnamon is a high-quality spice producer in Spain , which is distinguished by strict quality control and impeccable grinding technology. Therefore, this cinnamon retains its natural aroma and intense taste much longer than the usual store-bought cinnamon.
Quality vs. poor quality cinnamon
Good quality cinnamon is aromatic, sweet, warm , with a velvety texture and a smooth flavor. It contains more essential oils, so a small amount is enough.
Cheap, low-quality cinnamon has a dull, woody, bitter aftertaste , and lacks depth – you need much more powder to get the desired effect.
Where to use cinnamon?

In desserts: pies, flatbreads, cookies, rice desserts
