Tomato flakes are an aromatic seasoning that, when added to vegetable stews, meat or pasta dishes, and salads, adds flavor nuances that make every meal more expressive and vibrant.
We especially like to use these dried tomato flakes when baking bread, making chili sauce for pasta, on pizza, in soups, stews, vegetable dishes. Tomato flakes can be rehydrated (made soft again) with hot water, broth or vegetable juice.
