RECIPE:
Smoked chicken fillet in the oven
Ingredients:
2 chicken fillets
1 tbsp. Smoking spices
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
Optional: lemon juice or fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme)
Preparation:
Mix olive oil, honey, and smoking spice into a smooth marinade.
Rub the chicken fillets with the marinade and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes (even better – 2 hours in the refrigerator).
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Bake the chicken fillets for 20–25 minutes or until they are fully cooked and golden brown.
Serve with fried vegetables or mashed potatoes.

Salt 42%, corn maltodextrin, flavor enhancer E 621, melted bacon 12%, dried yeast extract, flavorings (contains soy), dried soy hydrolysate, sugar, dried smoked pork 1.4%, colors E 100 and E 150c, ground black pepper.
May contain traces of milk, eggs, mustard, celery, gluten and sesame.
