🍣 How to make sushi rice (1 serving)
Required:
1 cup SUN CLAD sushi rice
1.5 cups of water
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
Preparation:
Rinse the rice in cold water 2-3 times until the water runs clear.
Cook the rice in boiling water (proportion 1:1.5).
Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for ~15 minutes with a tightly closed lid.
Remove from heat, let stand for another 10 minutes without removing the lid.
Mix rice vinegar, sugar and salt, heat and add to rice.
Gently mix and cool – ready to make sushi!
