 Ingredients (for 2 servings):
 100 g glass noodles (sweet potato noodles)
 1 carrot (cut into thin strips)
 1 bell pepper
 1 small onion
 1 handful of spinach or kale
 1 tbsp sesame oil
 2–3 tbsp Ajuma Republic Japchae sauce
 (Optional) marinated beef or chicken
 Sesame seeds and green onions for serving
 Preparation:
 Boil the glass noodles according to the instructions on the package. Rinse in cold water and set aside.
 Fry the onions, carrots and peppers in a pan with a little oil until they are slightly soft.
 Add the spinach and fry for a few seconds until it wilts.
 Add the cooked noodles and Ajuma Republic Japchae Sauce . Stir until evenly mixed and heated through.
