š Recipe idea: Harissa chicken fillet in a pan (serves 2)
Ingredients:
2 chicken fillets
1 tablespoon CEREN Harissa Hot
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
A pinch of salt and pepper
Optional: fresh coriander or parsley for serving
Preparation:
Mix harissa with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Marinate the chicken fillets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes (even better ā 2ā3 hours).
Fry in a pan for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through and golden and crispy.
Serve with rice, couscous or grilled vegetables.
