 RECIPE
 🧑‍🍳 Quick Arrabbiata Pasta (serves 2)
 Required:

 
 200 g penne or other favorite pasta
 
 1 tablespoon olive oil
 
 1 teaspoon “Arabic Spicy” spice mix
 
 300 g canned tomatoes (chopped)
 
 Salt, sugar to taste
 
 Grated Parmigiano cheese (optional)
 
 Fresh basil for serving

 Preparation:

 
 Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
 
 Heat olive oil in a pan, add the “Arabic Spicy” mixture and fry for 1 minute.
 
 Add the chopped tomatoes, a pinch of salt and sugar. Heat for 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
 
 Stir the drained pasta into the sauce and gently reheat.
 
 Serve with grated cheese and fresh basil.
