Inspired by oriental flavors , this blend gives food a deep aroma, warmth, and vibrant character without making it too sharp or heavy.


🔸 What makes this blend special:

  • Granulated onion and garlic – the classic flavor base

  • High-quality red paprika powder (ASTA 120) – vivid color and sweet opacity

  • Turmeric and chilli – adds spiciness and a mild spiciness

  • Coriander, mustard powder, fenugreek – for flavor nuances

  • Parsley and nutmeg – for a light and fresh finish

RECIPES

🧆 Juicy meatballs with an oriental flavor

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 500 g minced meat (pork, beef or mixed)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 onion (finely chopped or grated)

  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs

  • 2 tsp. spice mix for minced meat

  • Pinch of salt (if needed)

  • Oil for frying

Preparation:

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  • Form small meatballs and place on a heated pan with oil.

  • Fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown and cooked through (about 4-5 minutes per side).

  • Serve with mashed potatoes, rice or fresh salad.


RECIPE

🥒 Stuffed zucchini with a mixture of minced meat and spices

Ingredients (for 2–3 servings):

  • 2 medium zucchini

  • 300 g minced meat

  • 1 tsp. spice mix for minced meat

  • 1 small onion (chopped)

  • 1 clove of garlic (chopped)

  • 2 tbsp rice (cooked or pre-soaked)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste or tomato puree

  • Oil and salt as needed

  • A little grated cheese for sprinkling (optional)

Preparation:

  • Cut the zucchini in half, carve out the middle, leaving the walls ~1 cm thick.

  • Mix the minced meat with onion, garlic, rice, egg, tomato paste and spice mixture .

  • Fill the zucchini halves with the meat mixture.

  • Place in a baking dish, add a little water or broth to the bottom, and cover with foil.

  • Bake in a 180°C oven for ~30–35 minutes.

  • If desired, sprinkle with cheese during the last 5 minutes and bake without foil.
