Coobra 6 Magnum is a specially formulated, fast-acting distillery yeast adapted for large batch fermentation. The fermentation process takes 2-3 days at room temperature.
Dissolve the sugar in warm water, stirring constantly, then fill the container with water to the required volume and temperature, and add the contents of the packet to the brew.
Designed for 25L fermentation:
21L of water at 30 degrees, 6kg of sugar and one packet of yeast.
The optimal fermentation temperature is 25 degrees.
