RECIPE
Chicken wok with Dek Som Boon oyster sauce (classic)
Ingredients:
400 g chicken fillet strips
2 tablespoons Dek Som Boon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 bell pepper
1 carrot
A handful of green beans or broccoli
1 tablespoon of oil
Pepper to taste
Preparation:
Heat the oil in a wok and fry the garlic.
Add the chicken strips and fry until lightly golden.
Add the vegetables and continue to fry for 3-4 minutes.
Pour in oyster sauce, soy sauce and add sugar.
Stir quickly and sauté for another 2 minutes to let the flavors combine.
Serve with rice or noodles.
