Ingredients:
1 cup strongly brewed Gunpowder green tea (chilled)
50 ml white rum
1 tablespoon sugar syrup or honey
A few fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime juice
Ice cubes
Soda water to taste
Preparation:
Gently squeeze the mint leaves in a glass along with the sugar syrup and lime juice to release the aromas.
Add ice cubes and rum.
