Ingredients (for 4 servings):
250 ml coconut milk
500 g chicken breast fillet, cut into pieces
50 g LOBO Tom Ka paste
500 ml water (can be replaced with coconut milk for a creamier soup)
Fish sauce to taste
Lemon or lime juice to taste
Preparation:
Heat the coconut milk to boiling point.
Add chicken fillet and Tom Ka paste, simmer until meat is done.
Pour in the water and continue to boil for a few more minutes.
Add additional coconut milk and allow the soup to simmer gently.
Adjust the flavor with fish sauce and lemon or lime juice.

To make the soup even creamier and more aromatic, you can replace the water with coconut milk or even whole milk cream.
