Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup made primarily from miso paste, dashi (stock), and additional ingredients such as vegetables, seaweed, and tofu.
This is a quick to make tofu miso (fermented soy paste) soup. 3 servings of tofu miso soup make 3 x 160ml soup.
Preparation: Pour the contents of one sachet into a small bowl or mug. Pour in 160 ml of boiling water and mix well.

dried soybean paste 50% (soybeans, rice, salt), lactose [milk], sugar, salt, dried wakame seaweed, dried tofu 5% (soybeans, water, acidity regulator: E575), soy sauce powder (soybeans, wheat, salt, tapioca dextrin), bonito fish extract, flavor enhancers: E621, E635, dried spring onions.
