  • 100 ml of sweet cream

  • Salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and fry until golden.

  • Add the broth and stir to avoid lumps.

  • Add the onion granules and cook for 5 minutes.

  • Pour in the cream, add salt, pepper and heat.

The result is a delicate and aromatic onion sauce that perfectly complements potatoes, meat or vegetable dishes.
