Allspice (whole),
The name is because Christopher Columbus wanted to find a cheaper version of black pepper, which was in the price of gold, but found these - wonderful, fragrant, pepper, spices. They were brought to Europe from the end of the 17th century.
Cinnamon, pepper, cloves and musk nut - all in one small, pepper-like ball, which is so associated with Christmas for us. An interesting fact is that this pepper is impossible to cultivate, all such attempts have been unsuccessful and it prefers to grow in the wild - in the tropical forests of South and Central America.
We strongly recommend that you try:
- Meat dishes,
- Canned fish,
- Homemade ketchup,
- For desserts,
- Fruit salad
- Vegetarian dishes
- Dough products
- Coffee drinks to give a particularly cozy feeling
Aromatic peppers gradually and unhurriedly give their aroma and taste, we recommend adding them to the food at least half an hour before the end of stewing, cooking or serving, so that they have time to show themselves on the best side.
