A mixture for making satay sauce.
Satay is a Thai dish, usually chicken on a skewer, marinated in satay spices and served with a satay sauce rich in peanut flavor.
Grilled chicken marinated in satay spices, this satay sauce and cucumber salad is the perfect combination. The spicy and creamy satay sauce is a wonderful contrast to the cooling taste of fresh cucumber.
Preparation: Pour the contents of the packet into a pan, add 120ml coconut milk and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Mix well. Heat until the sauce starts to boil. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce "steep". Serve immediately.
