Authentic Thai red curry paste.
Recipe:
1. Heat a pan and pour 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk into it, adding the contents of this packet.
2. Add 250g of beef or chicken, cut into pieces, and stir-fry until the meat is cooked through. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of water and bring to a boil. *For a tastier and creamier curry, add more coconut milk or regular cow's milk instead of water.
3. Optionally add some peas, eggplant pieces, cherry tomatoes, sweet basil leaves and chili.
4. Add fish sauce to taste.
5. Bring everything to a boil and then remove from heat.
