Rosemary leaves are used as a spice. Its natural range is the Mediterranean. It has a strong, slightly bitter aroma. It is one of the strongest and most spicy herbs, so it is added to food only very, very little.
One of the effective healing properties of rosemary is its ability to reduce inflammation and pain. Rosemary infusion is used as an anti-inflammatory during a cold or flu epidemic. A few drops of rosemary essential oil in water, with which you will wash the floor at home, will get a pleasant and fresh aroma for the room. To improve and tone the skin, add a few drops of rosemary essential oil in the bath, you will get a relaxing aroma. It goes well with parsley, but it is not used with bay leaves.
