🍜 Recipe: Chinese 5-spice chicken wok
Ingredients:
500 g chicken fillet, cut into strips
1 tsp Chinese 5-spice powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar (or lemon juice)
Vegetables of your choice (e.g. bell pepper, carrot, broccoli)
Preparation:
Mix all the sauce ingredients, add the spice mixture.
Marinate the chicken strips for at least 30 minutes.
Quickly fry the chicken pieces in a wok, add the vegetables and fry for another 5-7 minutes until everything is done.
Serve with rice or noodles.
