Crispy Panko Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 300 g shrimp (cleaned)

  • 1 cup flour

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup Golden Turtle Panko breadcrumbs

  • Salt, pepper to taste

  • Oil for frying

Preparation:

  • Pat the shrimp dry and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Roll the shrimp in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally in Golden Turtle Panko breadcrumbs.

  • Fry in hot oil (about 180°C) until golden brown (2-3 minutes).
