Crispy Panko Shrimp
Ingredients:
300 g shrimp (cleaned)
1 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup Golden Turtle Panko breadcrumbs
Salt, pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Preparation:
Pat the shrimp dry and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roll the shrimp in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally in Golden Turtle Panko breadcrumbs.
