Pad Thai is a traditional Thai noodle dish, usually made with thin, flat rice noodles, eggs, greens, tofu, beans, cabbage, and peanuts.
The noodles are boiled and fried in a sauce made from fish sauce, tamarind paste and sugar to give them a sweet and sour taste. Meat, shrimp or chicken can also be added.

Preparation:
1. Remove the rice noodles from the package and place in boiling water for 7 minutes.
2. Heat oil (3 tablespoons) in a pan.
3. Fry 100g of shrimp and 100g of diced tofu.
4. Add the egg to the pan along with the Pad Thai sauce (it is included in this kit).
5. Add the prepared noodles
6. Fry, stirring, until desired doneness.
7. Add chopped bean sprouts and chives
8. Ready! Serve your dish, sprinkling it with roasted, chopped peanuts (included).

Pad Thai sauce (80g): sugar, tamarind paste, shallots, tomato paste, soybean oil, garlic, spirit vinegar, salt, chili powder.
Noodles (100g): rice noodles (rice 95%, tapioca starch).
Crushed peanuts (20g): roasted peanuts 99%, sunflower oil (contains antioxidant E306).
