RECIPE
Light vanilla pudding with arrowroot powder
Ingredients:
500 ml milk (or herbal drink)
3 tbsp arrowroot powder
3 tbsp. sugar (or other sweetener)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation:
In a small bowl, mix arrowroot powder with 100 ml of cold milk.
In a saucepan, bring the remaining milk with sugar to a boil.
Add the arrowroot mixture, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and cool slightly.
Serve warm or chilled as a light dessert.
