Aromatic spice for oriental and Indian cuisine.
Black cumin, also known as jeera cumin or roma cumin, is an aromatic spice with a warm, spicy, slightly nutty, and slightly smoky flavor. These seeds are particularly popular in Indian, Middle Eastern, Central Asian, and North African cuisines, where they add a deep and distinctive flavor to dishes.
Black cumin seeds resemble caraway seeds in appearance, but their flavor is more intense, warmer, and slightly peppery. They are a great addition to meat dishes, especially lamb and beef, as well as vegetable, rice, and legume dishes.
