Ingredients:
250 g beef strips (or chicken fillet)
1 red bell pepper
1 small onion
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2–3 tablespoons Flying Goose black pepper sauce
Sesame seeds and scallions for serving
Cooked rice or noodles as a side dish
Preparation:
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan.
Fry the meat strips for 4–5 minutes until browned and soft.
Add sliced bell pepper and onion, fry for another 2–3 minutes.
Add Flying Goose black pepper sauce , stir and let everything simmer for another 2 minutes.
Serve with boiled rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh scallions.
💡 Tip: You can easily adapt this recipe to a vegetarian version by replacing the meat with tofu or mushrooms.
