Matcha Tian Hu Shan is a culinary grade green tea matcha powder, especially suitable for cooking, making lattes, smoothies, desserts and other delicious recipes.
🌱 What does “culinary-grade” matcha mean?
Culinary-grade matcha means that the powder is intended more for adding to foods and drinks (lattes, smoothies, cookies, cakes, etc.) than for a traditional Japanese tea ceremony.
The taste of such powder is more robust and slightly more bitter than the expensive “ceremonial grade”, however, it excels in culinary applications in various recipes.
This is a universal and versatile product that can be used both as a strong flavoring ingredient in dishes and as an additive to beverages.
100% natural green tea powder.
