The health effects of green tea have been extensively studied in recent years. The results reveal that tea effectively protects against various diseases and improves the physical condition of the body. It is not for nothing that Matcha has been called the "elixir of immortality" since its inception.
Although Matcha is a Japanese ceremony tea, you should not be afraid of it. Tea is very easy and quick to make, and no additional knowledge is required. As tea is not the usual form of tea, but it is in powder form, it does not need to be coated. Tea can be used both cold and hot. Moreover, the thickness does not remain!

Matcha green tea powder 80g
EASY TO MAKE MATCHA LATTE WITH COCONUT OIL
Required:
- ¼ - ½ tk green tea powder Matcha
- ½ - 1 tbsp. maple or date syrup
- 250 ml almond milk
- ½-1 tsp coconut oil
Heat the milk (but do not boil). Instead of almond milk, you can use any other milk you drink every day. In a cup, pour green tea powder Matcha (if you want the drink to be "airier", then sift the powder through a sieve) and add 65ml of water (warm). Thoroughly froth with a special bamboo brush (CHASEN) until foam appears. If there is no such broom at home, then a blender broom or kitchen utensils such as a spoon and fork will come to the aids. We add syrup and coconut oil to almond milk. We also froth milk with the appropriate accessories. The resulting mass is poured into a mug containing foamed Matcha. The drink is ready and intended for immediate drinking.
