 🍵 Recipe idea: Matcha Latte – smooth, creamy and energizing
 Ingredients (1 serving):
 ½ teaspoon Matcha tea powder
 50 ml warm water (around 75–80°C, not boiling)
 200 ml of plant or milk (almond, oat, coconut or cow's milk)
 Sweetener of choice: maple syrup, honey, agave syrup, or sugar
 Preparation:
 Sift the matcha powder into a cup to avoid lumps.
 Add warm water and whisk with a bamboo whisk ( chasen ) or milk frother until smooth and light foamy.
 Heat the milk of your choice and whisk until silky foamy.
 Slowly pour the milk into the matcha mixture.
 Add sweetener to taste and enjoy!
 Tip: If you want the drink cold, add ice and use cold milk – an iced matcha latte also tastes great!
