RECIPE
Wok with vegetables and LOBO Mango-Tamarind sauce
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, cut into strips
1 carrot, thinly sliced
150 g broccoli florets
150 g tofu or chicken pieces (optional)
3 tablespoons LOBO Mango-Tamarind sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh coriander and lime slices for serving
Preparation:
Heat a wok or large frying pan with oil.
Fry the garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add vegetables and, if using, tofu or chicken pieces, stir-frying until cooked through.
Stir in LOBO Mango-Tamarind Sauce and stir to coat well.
The dish is served with fresh coriander and lime slices.
