Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon garlic granules (G-1)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
A pinch of salt and black pepper
Parsley or dill, optional
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Let it sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the garlic granules to swell and release their aroma.
